Joined forces get more done
The Swedish automotive industry has an excellent ability to cooperate. This is crucial for coping in an increasingly competitive and globalized world. There are many examples of companies working side by side with the public sector, universities and colleges according to the “Triple Helix" model, including Gothia Science Park, Innovatum Teknikpark and Lindholmen Science Park.
Teamwork is also deeply rooted within Swedish working culture. Working together towards a designated goal is something children train in school and is therefore perfectly natural in working life. At the same time as individual freedom is valued and companies less hierarchical than many international counterparts.
