AB Volvo Organiserar gets new organization
The biggest change will take place in the Volvo, Renault, Mack and UD Trucks truck operations. Sales and marketing will be divided into three regions that take care of all truck marketing, while planning, development and manufacturing of all trucks will be coordinated.
The three marketing regions are the Americas — North and South America, EMEA — Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and APAC — Asia and the Pacific Region. In addition to sales responsibilities, each region will have global responsibility for one brand. Americas — Mack, EMEA — Volvo and Renault, APAC — UD Trucks. Truck and engine manufacturing will sort under Group Trucks Operations while purchasing and R&D will be organized under Group Trucks Technology.
